I want a Website NOW, what do I need to do?
- Choose Website Package – Pick the Package that suits your needs or Contact Us if you need help picking.
- Accept Quote and Sign Contract – The Contract is very easy to understand and we are more than happy to assist with any questions.
- Make the 50% Deposit Payment – We can only start working once the payment shows in our account.
- Complete the Website Brief– This will help us to design a website tailored to your needs so you can get more business.
- Send Us Your Content – Send us everything you would want us to place on your website IE. Pictures, Logo, Text, Diagrams etc.
- Review The Website – Once we are done building site you can take a look at it and let us know what you would want us to change IE. Color, Text, Layout etc.
- Sign the Approval Contract – Once you are completely happy with website sign the Approval Contract and we then take the website online.
- Make the final payment – Once you are satisfied make the final payment and we will then take the website online and conclude contract.
Are Products Loaded?
Yes, We load all products including product information, price and pictures. All information must be provided in spreadsheet format. Additional products are R10 each.
Are there Additional Costs?
No, as stated in the Website Packages they include the full website from start to finish and a Domain. Additional Features and Pages can be purchased, along with Website Hosting if needed. If you need a specific feature then you can request it and we will be happy to look into it.
Is Support Included?
Website Maintenance is not included in the normal Website Packages. They are included in the Hosting Packages. A custom Website Maintenance Package can also be arranged if you need a specific kind of website maintained.
How does Payment work?
For Online Store Packages we work on a 50% Deposit, Balance on Completion system. This means that when you accept quote for website you then pay 50% of Total Amount. Once we have finished building website framework and have agreed upon design next 30% installment is due. Final payment of 20% is due once website has been tested and everyone agreed it is ready to go live. Once payment is received website goes live.
How long will it take to create my website?
The time frame for creating your website depends largely on how much content and additional features you have. For a Basic Online Store Website it is around 15 Business Days. For a Executive Online Store Website it can take up to 1 Month. Time frame also largely depends on how many revisions website goes through and how much content is provided or needs to be written by us.
